RIM has just announced their full commitment to an operating system they are now calling BBX. It is the next generation of the formally known QNX OS. They are saying BBX will run on phones, tablets, and embedded devices. RIM is also flaunting the security of BBX. For example the Playbook is the first tablet certified for government use.
